She believes in quality and integrity, Molli values bringing clients' dreams to life. Beyond work, she finds joy in spending downtime with her family, friends and beloved dogs.
Kris Smith

Kris Smith is a dedicated Project Manager with a strong foundation of discipline and leadership instilled during his military service. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Kris developed a deep appreciation for nature and a strong work ethic from a young age. After completing high school, Kris made the decision to serve his country by enlisting in the U.S. Army. During his military service, he honed his organizational skills, attention to detail. Following his honorable discharge, Kris pursued a career in construction management. He quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating valuable project management skills, a commitment to safety, and a talent for coordinating complex construction projects. Today, Kris Smith is recognized as a reliable and accomplished Construction Project Manager, known for his ability to deliver projects ensuring the highest standards of quality. Kris’ blend of military discipline and Pacific Northwest work ethic continues to drive his success in the construction industry today.
