Shawn’s Construction career started about 11 years ago with odds and ends jobs for friends and family before framing and siding for Prime became his full time job just over 9 years ago. After nearly a decade in construction, Shawn's favorite part of construction is always getting to be outside and always learning something new.

Abel Castillo,

We’re excited to introduce Abel, one of the owners of CNS, who brings to the table nearly 22 total years of construction experience including 10 years experience here at Prime. Abel has been working on Prime’s crews since 2013 and this year with the help of prime and alongside Shawn, has started his own company. Abel’s favorite part of the construction field is the sense of happiness and pride he gets to experience while driving past a home knowing he got to be a part of building it.
